The position

Define the strategic directions of AEG PS Service France and implement them in close collaboration with other divisions of the group (product sales, finance, R&D, procurement, marketing, etc.).

Manage the achievement of annual objectives in terms of order intake, billing, margin, and customer satisfaction.

Represent the legal entity AEG PS to all third parties (social organizations, administrations, authorities, auditors, etc.).

The position requires being based in Tours.

Main responsibilities

  • General management of the Service France entity. Provide local leadership and timely decision-making to enhance the customer service function and overall business activity.
  • Implementation of the group's strategy and processes at the local level, in close collaboration with the global functional management.
  • Representation of the entity to clients, auditors, authorities, and other third parties.
  • Management of key accounts and business development for AEG Service in France.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the energy production and transportation markets in France.
  • Develop new service partners in France and West Africa.
  • Execution of the service growth plan in close collaboration with R&D and product management.
  • Responsibility for the profit and loss of the Service entity.
  • Legal responsibility for the French entity.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • University degree in electronics or mechanical engineering, combined with over 5 years of experience in general management of a customer service organization within a technical solutions company.
  • Experience in service or sales in power electronics, automation, or similar industries.
  • Project management experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ideally, you have contacts with clients in the energy production and transportation sectors in France.
