The position

The purpose of this role will be to support the service sales team with an administrative organizational task in order to leave the sales team free to focus on the business of selling.

Main responsibilities

  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
  • Set up order quotations, document and maintain order files.
  • Check on customer orders, prices and discounts.
  • Handling small standard sales orders.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as accounts and purchasing.
  • Processing new sales leads and monitoring customer accounts, maintaining CRM system.
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team keep track of sales targets.
  • Answering phone calls and scheduling diaries.
  • Ensures compliance with quality, health & safety procedures concerned to sales and sales departmental policies and regulations.
  • Marcom activity organization in BJ LE.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2-3 years of administrative experience preferably in a Sales environment.
  • Ideally a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related.
  • Ability to communicate technical/product information to both technical and non-technical audience.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office) especially with Excel and SAP.
  • Experience of working with databases.
  • Will be hired as a temporary employee (1 year contract).
