Main Responsibilities
- Provide management and supervision of Application Engineering team.
- Make design decisions supported by reference to standards and/or calculations.
- Develop and improve engineering processes and standards.
- Manage and develop competence of the engineering team.
- Ensure high level of quality for engineering outputs.
- Manage the workload of the engineering team and ensure on time delivery of the solution design.
- Production of technical or engineering design support information and drawings for project management and other inter departmental staff.
- Woking in close collaboration with the project management team, manufacturing teams and field application engineers teams.
- Lead continuous improvement for the engineering topics.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent, or relevant experience.
- Previous Management / Supervisory experience beneficial for at least 3 years.
- Experience in an uninterruptible power equipment or industrial switchgear manufacturing environment beneficial.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to successfully interface with various departments and personnel at all levels.
- Experience with software’s like Eplan, 3D SolidEdge or ProPanel.
- Multi-tasking ability with a flexible approach to work.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
