Responsibilities
- Execution and management of projects with regard to lead times, costs, quality, as well as information flow and organizatio
- Project planning and coordination
- Preparation of detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and milestones
- Coordination of all activities related to order processing
- Risk management
- Participation in contract review of the final customer order and purchase agreement
- Acting as the point of contact for customers, suppliers, Sales, Service, and Finance
- Preparation and monitoring of the project plan and project budget
- Procurement of all project-related goods, parts, and services (including installation and commissioning)
- Organization and execution of project meetings (internal and on-site) to monitor project progress
- Project evaluation and preparation of regular status reports
- Coordination of the document approval process with the customer
- Organization of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
- Consideration of shipping requirements
- Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing (e.g., invoicing according to the confirmed project scope)
- Monitoring and adjustment of possible contract deviations (schedule, project scope, quality, specifications, costs, price, etc.) in consultation with all project stakeholders
