The position

You will be responsible for providing technical and commercial support to the group’s subsidiaries worldwide, from the Services department in Vitoria-Gasteiz. You will act as a link between internal clients and technical departments to manage after-sales requests (spare parts, maintenance, interventions), ensuring quick, accurate responses aligned with quality standards.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide after-sales technical support to the group’s subsidiaries in coordination with the Services department.

  • Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals for after-sales services, including spare parts, maintenance, and other related solutions.

  • Analyze technical requirements received from subsidiaries and propose solutions aligned with the capabilities of the manufactured equipment.

  • Review internal purchase orders and verify consistency with the issued proposals.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, planning) to ensure proper execution of the requested service.

  • Monitor ongoing after-sales projects and services, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.

  • Ensure the maintenance and updating of information in internal systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).

  • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to after-sales service.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Qualifications: Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or related Engineering.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in similar positions, preferably in industrial environments or technical support.
  • Languages: Accredited C1 level of English (daily professional use).
  • Valued knowledge: UPS systems, power electronics, electrical schematics reading, management tools (CRM, ERP).
  • Profile: Organized, solution-oriented, with the ability to work in international and multidisciplinary environments.
