Responsibilities

Define, Plan and monitor strategic R&D projects in alignment with company goals
Break down the technical content into tasks, project milestones, resource plan and risk analysis
Coordinate with engineering, product management and business units to ensure clear priorities and timelines
Track progress, prepare project reports for the Chief Technology Officer and ensure that deliverables are met
Support decision-making with data-driven insights, KPIs and scenario analysis

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or similar field
Proven experience in R&D project planning, ideally in energy, power electronics, or industrial solutions
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project / MS Planner/ Jira, or similar)
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
