The position

You will be selling AEGPS products and solutions resulting in direct revenue for the company and sustainable customer satisfaction in accordance with the company’s strategy. Purpose of the role will be to sell products, solutions and services to assigned customers to realize the sales targets/ budget as defined in the overall sales strategy and annual sales plans for the malaysian market.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • To achieve the annual sales budget as set for the assigned customers/ markets by selling AEG PS systems.
  • and solutions to customers.
  • Maintain and expand good relationships with existing and/or new customers.
  • Manages the assigned customer group to develop and maintain a customer sales plan.
  • Identify and develop potential customers into new customers.
  • Deliver the correct and complete information to the FAE to enable them to prepare quotes for customer orders.
  • Report forecast, orders and sales monthly according sales reporting system.
  • Monitor the A/R process for the assigned customers, and assure payments are received according contract.
  • Monitor market and customer developments, record and make this information available in the customer database to relevant other functions, i.e. business and product managers.
  • Be the interface between customer and relevant functions within the company, represent the company to the customer.
  • Develop and maintain good internal working relationship with FAE, Service, Business Managers, Product Managers, sales support etc.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of commercial / sales experience within a relevant industry.
  • Good knowledge of AEG PS products.
  • Good knowledge of assigned markets and customers.
  • Good knowledge of system selling.
  • Understanding of commercial / contract law.
  • Computer Literacy.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent in building and maintaining long term relationships.
